How the sessions work

Your first session with me will be your initial consultation and in this session I will be finding out all about you. It will also give you a chance to understand how hypnotherapy can work for you. We will fill in a form together which will have some questions to prompt a discussion. Essentially it will be a very open and honest conversation about what you want me to help you achieve. We will discuss a brief history of you, any previous therapy you have had, existing medical conditions etc. This is for me to really get to know you so you can feel totally assured that any therapy that I create will be specifically tailor made for you. The Initial consultation could take up to 90 minutes, but no less than 50 minutes. This is to ensure that I have enough detail about you in order for me to help you in the best way possible.

At the end of the initial consultation I will be able to recommend how many therapy sessions you will need to have. Obviously this is flexible and will change depending on your progress. We will then book a therapy session which I would recommend that I see you on a weekly basis. This is to ensure that the therapy sessions are regular and consistent in order for the change/progress to work.

Each therapy session will last between 50 minutes until 1 hour. Within this session will be where your tailor-made therapy will happen. Within these sessions you will be very relaxed but most important you will be in control at all times. It is very important that we have a very honest relationship and your feedback will be key to help the therapy to work.

What if I feel after the initial consultation that hypnotherapy is not for me?

As I said you need to be fully committed to the process and this is why we have an initial consultation to iron out any questions or doubts you may have.

Where exactly are you located?

I am about a 10 minute drive from junction 4 off the M2. Once you have booked a consultation I will give the full details of location.

How can I pay for the sessions?

You can either pay by card, cash in person or via bank transfer.

Is it guaranteed to work?

I cannot give you a cast iron guarantee that you will walk out the therapy room fully cured. What I can say is, if you are committed and motivated to make the change, you will find the answers within yourself.
